What was the highlight of Hotel Alps
Very Good
Staff is very friendly, helpful and always with big smiling face. Location is great. What we like most is a hotel in busy area but locate in quiet street. Shinshabashi station is 3 minutes walk which you b able to access to all part of the city. Namba station is about 7minutes walk if you come from Kansai airport or JR line . 100m away from Kuromon market and walking distance to Dontobori. Room is extremely big for Japan hotel and clean.

Location was great for food, transport and shopping, the breakfast wasn’t the greatest options so only went 2 of 4 days
The suite room was amazing, the toiletries supplied were ample and the location was very central to everything (food/transport/shopping) The TV options were available in English and the movies were great. Couldn’t hear the neighbours and loved the easy check in process
The breakfast was average, we only went twice of four of the days stay as it wasn’t very appealing. The food was cold sitting in pans and the options were not the best. The juice was yum.
