Great location and staff
The location was great. Within a few minutes walking to Namba station and a few other local stations. Next to popular tourist attractions in Namba yet with good sound proofing, it was quiet. The front desk staff was professional and kind. When she found out that I was ill, she tried to arrange hospital visits and followup. Much appreciated. The room was large by Japanese standards. The refrigerator was small yet larger than the mini-frig in many of the hotels; adequate for our stay.
The bed and pillow. The bed was a futon on top of a bed spring or another mattress. It was not comfortable. There was only one flat pillow per person. Not comfortable nor enough.

Amazing hotel at the very center of Osaka
Room was huge, with plenty of space for large baggage, probably twice the size of a regular superior room in Tokyo. Large bathtub and TV in front of it! This is a former love hotel, so rooms might look like old-fashion, but you won't regret the experience and having a room this size in the very center of Osaka Nanba. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels replaced every day, which it seems it's not the norm anymore in Japan.
Bed, despite being quite big, it was a bit uncomfortable after sleeping 2-3 nights.
